摘要
目的提高对汗管瘤的诊疗认识。方法总结1例右上唇唇红汗管瘤患者资料,并复习文献。结果对患者右上唇肿物行切除术,术后常规病理切片结合免疫组化检查,发现原外院活检的切片符合(右上唇)小汗腺汗管瘤,切除术送检标本为(右上唇)术后炎性反应。结论结合组织病理和免疫组化检查可对汗管瘤确诊。
Objective To improve the diagnosis and therapy of the syringoma. Methods A 29-year male patient’with syringoma in vermilion of the right upper lip was review. Results Microscopically the tumor was inflammation after surgical excision of syringoma. Pathological specimen approved that right upper lip syringoma histopathologically and immunohistochemistically. Conclusion Histopathology together with immunohistochemistry are important in the diagnosis and therapy of the syringoma.
