摘要
对我国滨海海上旅游资源作了分析与评价，阐述了开发海上旅游的意义，进而提出了建设沙滩、开发海岛、建造游船、海上运动、海下探奇和海洋科普等开发措施。
In the paper, first, authors analyze and value tourist resources of ocean, then, explain significances to exploit tourist resources on the sea. Final, measures of developing sandbeach, island-boat, sports on the sea and so on are put out.
