浙江省2008年儿童麻疹减毒活疫苗接种率及儿童流动情况调查

Survey on Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine Inoculation Rate and Migration Status of Children in Zhejiang Province,2008

目的了解浙江省2008年儿童麻疹减毒活疫苗(Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine,MV)接种率水平,以及流动儿童预防接种服务情况,为评估麻疹疫情和制订预防控制策略提供依据。方法按照法定传染病报告系统麻疹报告发病率排序,随机抽取9个县,每个县选择2个调查点,开展8月龄～6岁儿童的MV接种率和流动儿童预防接种服务情况调查。结果对586名儿童调查结果显示,MV接种率为88.57%,其中流动儿童80.82%,低于本地儿童(96.26%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=36.21,P<0.01)。对544名儿童的流动情况调查表明,近6个月居住地有≥1次变化者占20.96%,其中流动儿童为22.56%,高于本地儿童的5.77%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.01,P<0.05)。结论流动儿童MV接种率较低,且流动性大,是麻疹流行的重要因素之一。应加强对流动儿童的预防接种管理,建立能常态化的查漏补种工作机制。

Objective To know the coverage rate of measles attenuated live vaccine （MV） in Zhejiang Province, especially that of migrant children, which can be used to analyze the measles epidemic in the year of 2008 and evaluate the present measles control strategy. Methods 9 counties were chosen randomly according to their reported measles incidence rate. To investigate MV inoculation rate and floating frequency of children aged 8 months to 6 years. Results 586 children investigated indicated that MV inoculation rate was 88.57 % （80.82 % of migrant children; 96.26 % of local children; P 〈0.01）. There were 20.96 % children who had moved at least once during recent 6 months based on the data of 544 children surveyed （22.56 % of migrant children; 5.77 % of local children; P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Migrant children who had lower MV coverage rate and higher floating frequency was one of the important influence factors of measles epidemic. Migrant children management should be strengthened and routine check and immunization mechanism should be established.
