流动儿童监护人免疫规划健康教育干预效果评价

Effect Evaluation for Expanded Program on Immunization Intervention Measures on Changing the Knowledge, Attitude and Practice to the Caregivers of the Floating Children

目的评价浙江省沿海地区对流动儿童监护人实施免疫规划健康教育干预措施后,其知识、态度、行为(Knowledge,Attitude and Practice;KAP)的改变效果。方法干预前,对目标流动儿童监护人开展了有关免疫规划KAP的问卷调查,收集本底数据;然后实施针对目标人群的健康教育干预措施;干预3年后再次进行问卷调查。结果通过干预,流动儿童监护人对免疫规划认知相关指标上升率达到35.35%～427.13%;态度相关指标上升率达到7.29%～34.49%;行为相关指标上升率达到8.91%～33.35%;对预防接种门诊服务满意度从77.20%上升到97.58%。结论针对流动儿童监护人的免疫规划健康教育干预措施效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Expanded Programme on Immunization （EPI） intervention measures on changing knowledge, attitude and practice to the floating children. Methods A questionnaire investigation about the caregivers ＇ knowledge, attitude and practice for EPI was conducted to collect basic data before the program implementation. Intervention activities were conduced among the target population after baseline survey. Evaluation of the program was carried out in the same counties 3 years after intervention. Results Through intervention, the caregivers ＇ knowledge level increased 35.35 %- 427.13 % ; attitude changing increased 7.29 %- 34.49 % ; rates of correct practice increased 8.91 %- 33.35 % ; rate of satisfaction increased from 77.20 % to 97.58 % . Conclusions The EPI intervention measures for floating children ＇ s guardian is remarkably effect.
