连续铸挤成形Al-Mg-Sc合金的再结晶 被引量:2

摘要 采用显微硬度计、金相和透射电镜等测试分析手段,研究了连续铸挤成形Al-Mg-Sc合金的冷拔线材的再结晶温度和再结晶的形核机制。结果表明,该合金线材的再结晶起始温度为375℃,再结晶终了温度为520℃;再结晶温度高的原因是细小弥散的Al3Sc粒子对位错和亚晶界的钉扎作用;该合金线材的再结晶形核机制为亚晶合并和亚晶长大的双重作用。 The recrystallization temperature and nucleation mechanism of an Al-Mg-Sc wire have been studied by micro-sclerometer,optical microscope and transmission electron microscope.The wire was cold drawn from continuous casting-extruded stock.The starting results show that the recrystallization of the Al-Mg-Sc alloy wire starts at 375℃ and ends at 520℃.The high recrystallization temperature is caused by the pinning effect of highly dispersed Al3Sc precipitates on dislocation and subgrain boundary.The nucleation mechanism of the recrystallization of the wire was caused both by the subgrain merging and subgrain growing.
