摘要
本文从价值链的角度解析了平台的概念、属性、构成要素与演进层次,总结了平台运营的一般思路与3G时代电信运营商实施平台战略的必要性,并运用平台理论分析了中国移动的移动互联网平台战略。
This paper analyzes platform from the value chain perspective, including concept, property, element and evolution, and summarizes the general thinking of platform operation and the necessity of platform strategy carded out by teleeom operators in 3G era, and which also applied to analyze on the platform strategy of mobile internet for China Mobile.
