摘要
利用二倍体马铃薯杂交群体P1的167个基因型为作图群体,应用SSR标记构建了一张总长度为645cM的遗传连锁图谱,该图谱包含86个SSR标记,标记间平均距离为7.5cM。应用该图谱,利用复合区间作图法,对与马铃薯块茎相关的3个重要农艺性状进行QTL定位和遗传效应分析,结果在第5条染色体上检测到控制3个性状的QTL各1个,其中控制单株产量的QTL遗传贡献率为12.3%,控制单薯质量的QTL遗传贡献率为16.1%,控制块茎比重的QTL遗传贡献率为11.2%。
P1 population of 167 progenies was used as mapping population.A molecular genetic linkage map of diploid potato(Solanum tuberosum L.)was constructed with 86 SSR markers,which covered a total distance of 645 cM with an average interval of 7.5 cM between markers.Composite interval mapping was used to identify quantitative trait loci(QTL)associated with tuber yield,tuber size and specific gravity.1 QTL for tuber yield was located on chromosomes Ⅴ,with the genetic variance of 12.3 %.1 QTL for tuber size was located on chromosomes Ⅴ,with the genetic variance of 16.1 %.1 QTLs for specific gravity was located on chromosome Ⅴ,with the genetic variance of 11.2 %。
