摘要
利用火山灰质材料的火山灰活性,将其用于Ca(OH)2脱硫剂的调质改性,可改善脱硫剂的比表面积、孔容等微观结构,从而提高脱硫活性和利用率。本文综述了粉煤灰、高炉渣、稻壳灰等人工火山灰质材料改性Ca(OH)2脱硫剂的制备、理化特性、脱硫活性等方面的研究现状,重点介绍了消化法制备工艺和人工火山灰质材料激发活化对人工火山灰质材料改性Ca(OH)2脱硫剂的理化特性和脱硫活性的影响,展望了人工火山灰质材料改性Ca(OH)2用于燃煤烟气多种污染物同时脱除的发展趋势。
In the presence of moisture,pozzolanic materials containing amorphous silica and alumina will react with CaO or Ca(OH)2 to form calcium silicate hydrate and calcium aluminate hydrate compounds,which is conducive to improve the structural property,and therefore the sulfation reactivity of Ca(OH)2. Preparation,structural properties and sulfation performance of Ca(OH)2 modified with artificial pozzolanic materials,such as coal fly ash,rice husk ash and blast furnace slag, are summarized. Special emphases are placed on the influences of slurrying conditions and pretreatment of pozzolanic materials on the structural property and sulfation performance of modified Ca(OH)2. Moreover,a perspective on the simultaneous removal of SO2,NOx and heavy metal from flue gas using modified Ca(OH)2 is provided.
