参芪口服液对雏鸡免疫机能的影响

Effects of Shen Qi Oral Liquid on the Immune Function in Chickens

将100只1日龄健康罗曼褐公雏鸡随机分成两组,每组50只。Ⅰ组从3日龄开始灌服参芪口服液,剂量是1 mL/只,每天1次,连用3 d;在24日龄时第二次灌服参芪口服液,剂量、方法同第一次。Ⅱ组灌服PBS,剂量和方法同实验组,作为对照组。在雏鸡14、21、28、35、42日龄时分别测定血清和肠液的抗体(IgA)含量,并对小肠各段上皮内淋巴细胞(IEL)数量计数。结果显示,服用参芪口服液的雏鸡,血清中的IgA含量在21、35、42日龄时显著高于对照组(P<0.05),肠液的IgA含量在14、21、35、42日龄时显著高于对照组(P<0.05);服用参芪口服液的雏鸡的十二指肠段淋巴细胞数量在整个试验过程中显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),空肠段淋巴细胞数量在14、28、35、42日龄时显著高于对照组(P<0.01),回肠段淋巴细胞数量在14、21、28、42日龄时显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。表明参芪口服液能明显增强雏鸡的免疫机能。

One hundred one-day-old Roman male chickens were divided randomly into two groups.Each group has 50 chickens.Two days later,1 mL Shen Qi oral liquid was taken orally by every chicken of the group I once for continuously three days.The second oral administration was taken by the same group I when the chickens were 24 days old by the same method and dose as the first time.The group II used as the control group was administrated with PBS by the same method and dose as the group I.The IgA content of the blood,intestinal juice and IEL quantity of each section of the small intestine were determined respectively when chickens were 14,21,28,35,42 days old.The results showed that IgA content in the blood of chickens of group I were obviously higher than that of the control group at the age of 21,35,42 days（P〈0.05）;IgA content in the intestinal juices of chickens of group I were obviously higher than that of the control group at the age of 14,21,35,42 days（P〈0.05）.IEL quantity in duodenum section of the chickens of group I was obviously higher than that of the control group in the entire experiment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;IEL quantity in the jejunum section of group I was obviously higher than that of the control group at the age of 14,28,35,42 days,and the difference was extremely remarkable（P〈0.01）.IEL quantity in ileum section of group I was also obviously higher than that of the control group at the age of 14,21,28,42 days（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.All the above-mentioned results suggested that Shen Qi oral liquid can enhance the immune function of chickens.
