白屈菜总生物碱对小白鼠急性毒性试验的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以小白鼠为研究对象,肌肉注射不同剂量的白屈菜总生物碱,通过对小白鼠的最小致死量(minimal lethal dose)、半数致死量的测定,研究白屈菜总生物碱的毒性情况。结果表明:白屈菜总生物碱对小白鼠最小致死量为640-800 mg/kg,半数致死量为1222.55 mg/kg。 The experiment of acute toxicity of total alkaloids of Chelidonium majus was conducted by intramuscular injection in rats with different doses.The results of minimal lethal dose and half-lethal dose showed that the minimum lethal dose was in the range from 640 to 800 mg/kg,and the LD50 was 1222.55 mg/kg.
