摘要
阐述了机械可靠性设计及其在雷达结构设计中的应用,首先介绍了机械可靠性设计特点,阐述了结构可靠度的概念及其函数表达。接着介绍了复杂结构的可靠性分析方法,重点探讨了基于ANSYS的结构可靠性计算基本思路和方法,应用ANSYS的概率分析模块对某雷达升降杆进行可靠性计算分析,得出了一些有利于提高其可靠性的结论,该方法和结论也适合于雷达上其它结构。
This paper discusses the mechanical reliability design and the application in structure design of radar.Firstly this paper introduces the traits of mechanical reliability design by a way of discussine the conception of reliability and its function expression.Next it introduces the reliability analysis method of complex structure with emphasis on discussing basic thoughts and methods for reliability analysis in ANSYS.Finally it calculates the lifter′s reliability of a radar with PDS in ANSYS,and draws some conclusions that have advantage of improving its reliability,which also adapt to other structures on a radar.
