摘要
空间管桁架结构具有整体性能好、抗弯扭、刚度大、内部空间大、节省材料等特点,因而广泛应用在大跨度的结构中。文中结合这些特点,论述了某空中平台空间管桁架的结构设计,利用有限元分析和试验测试相结合的方法,通过结构优化,实现桁架轻量化、刚强度好的设计目标。
The spatial CHSS(Circular Hollow Structural Section) truss is widely used in the large-span structures for its good performance of bending and twisting specialty,large rigidity,large internal space,material economization and so on.In this paper,the structural design procedure of a spatial CHSS truss for lifted-up platform is introduced in detail with these characteristics.Through structure optimal design,the aim of light-duty and rigid design of the truss is achieved by combining finite element analysis with test.
