Quorum Sensing and New Strategies of Aquatic Products Preservation

摘要 简要介绍了群体感应系统,分析了水产品腐败与群体感应之间的关系,阐述了以水产品腐败菌QS现象为靶点的水产品保藏新策略,为水产品防腐保鲜提供了新方向。 This paper briefly introduces the quorum sensing system, analyzes quorum sensing system and correlation with aquatic products spoilage, and new strategies for aquatic products preservation based on quorum sensing system, the new idea was provided for the further research on preservation of aquatic products.
