摘要
本文在弹性模板匹配法的基础上，提出了基于本征特征的弹性模板匹配法，用于人脸图像的识别．该方法利用ＫＬ变换进行模板的定位，使得定位精度与速度都有所提高，并且识别准确率也得到改善．
This paper brings forward a new elastic model matching method based on eigen feature to recognize facial images. The method utilizes KL transformation to locate the model so that the accuracy of model locating is improved and the procedure is also accelerated. The recognition ratio is improved too.
