摘要
利用雷达系统研制阶段的故障数据,综合评估系统可靠性水平,可以为雷达的定型及可靠性鉴定提供依据。为了对雷达研制阶段各试验数据进行可靠性综合评估,在可靠性增长的Duane模型基础上,引入不同试验条件下的环境折合系数,建立了一种可靠性综合评估模型,并给出了相应的综合评估方法。最后,给出了所述方法与模型的一个工程应用实例。
The reliability evaluation for radar system using its development failure data can provide evidence for the finalization of radar design.In order to evaluating radar reliability using testing data a model of integrated reliability evaluation is established by using radar system development data based on the Duane model of reliability growth,which introduces the environment factors un-der different testing conditions,and recommends an integrated method to evaluate the reliability of radar system.At last,an exam-ple of engineering application of the model and method is given.
