摘要
目的探讨在腮腺切除手术中保留腮腺咬肌筋膜,预防味觉出汗综合征的可行性。方法通过对24例行腮腺浅叶或全叶切除术中保留重建腮腺咬肌筋膜的患者进行6个月~2年的随访,并采用碘-淀粉试验检测,观察术后味觉出汗综合征的发生率。结果 24例患者手术均获得成功,术后未见肿瘤复发,仅有2例患者发生潮红和出汗现象,1例无明显主观感觉,但碘-淀粉试验阳性,味觉出汗综合征发生率为12.5%。结论切除腮腺时,保留并重建腮腺咬肌筋膜对预防味觉出汗综合征有显著效果,是一种简单易行、值得推广的方法。
Objective To evatuate reteintion parotidomasseteric fascis in prevention of gustatory sweating syndrome after parotidectomy.Methods 24 patients who suffered from tumors and underwent superficial or total parotidectomy were followed up for six to twenty-four months.All patients were tested by lodine-starch test in order to see incidence of gustatory sweating syndrome.Results The sugery of the 24 patients were all very successful,there was no tumor relapsing after the sugery,just two patients of all had flushon the face and sweating phenomenon;just one of patients had no obviously subjective feeling,but the lodine-starch test of him was positive,the incidence of gustatory sweating syndrome was 12.5%.Conclusion Reserve and reconstruct the parotidomasseteric fascis when resecting paritod might be very helpful to prevent gustatory sweating syndrome,.it should be a very simple mothod,which could be deserved to popularize.
