摘要
目的探讨脑卒中并发肺部感染的临床特点。方法回顾分析2008-2009年,住院的急性脑卒中患者316例的临床资料。结果本组316例中,并发肺部感染68例,感染率为21.57%。结论脑卒中急性期患者肺部感染是由于多种因素相互作用的结果,应积极治疗原发病,切断感染途径,采取综合措施预防和治疗肺部感染。
Objective To explore the clinic features of complicated with lung infection.Methods We reviewed 316 cases clinical data of such patients who were in our hospital from 2008 to 2009.Results 68 cases complicated with lung infection among all 316 cases.The infection rate was 21.57%.Conclusion The reasons that cerebral apoplexy patients complicated with lung infection at acute stage are varied.We should take comprehensive methods to cure the primary disease,cut route of infection and to prevent and cure lung infection.
