该文以铁路运输管理信息系统为背景，分析了开发铁路运输决策支持系统（TDSS）的重要性和可行性。探讨了TDSS的智能化原理和方法。并提出了TDSS的结构模型及开发策略。

In this paper, we discuss the necessity and feasibility of building Transportation Decision Support System(TDSS) with the background of TMIS. we research the principle and method of the intelligent TDSS, present the basic structure model and development strategy of TDSS.
