A Research on the Interest Issues in the Process of Football Professionalism Reform

运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,以中国足球的利益格局问题为分析起点,梳理了足球职业化改革前后行业利益格局的演变历程,探讨了我国足球职业化改革中的利益分化与利益融合的背景与动因,分析了利益分化与利益融合的步骤与过程,进而分析和探讨了在利益分化与融合双重作用下足球职业化参与各方利益关系的协调途径。

Using the methods of documentary data and logic analysis,the paper analyzes the evolutionary process before and after the football professionalism reform from the perspective of the interest pattern in China.It discusses the background and motivation,and steps and process of the interest differentiation and integration in the reform.And on this basis,it analyzes and discusses the coordination method of the reform stakeholders in the dual-function of the interest differentiation and integration.
