最大摄氧量、无氧阈和最大摄氧量平台同高校男生12min跑和1000m跑的相关性分析 被引量:23

摘要 目的:对最大摄氧量、无氧阈和最大摄氧量平台同1 000 m跑、12 min跑成绩的相关性作进一步地探讨,以确定哪种方法更适合作为高校普通大学生体育课体能测试的评定方法。方法:研究对象为太原理工大学50名普通在读大二男生。运用意大利科时迈(COSMED)公司生产心肺功能测试系统测得受试对象的最大摄氧量、无氧阈、最大摄氧量平台。在标准的400 m田径场上分别测得受试对象12 min跑和1 000 m跑成绩。运用SPSS11.0统计软件对测试结果进行数据处理。结果:1)男生12 min跑成绩同最大摄氧量、无氧阈时最大摄氧量的相对值有较高的相关性。2)男生1 000 m跑成绩同最大摄氧量和无氧阈呈负相关。结论:12 min跑比1 000 m跑更适合用于评定高校普通大学男生的有氧能力。 Objective: to further explore the correlation between the V·O2max,AT and V·O2maxPD and 12min and 1,000m running to find out the best way for assessing the physical ability of male students.Methods: fifty male students who are the non-PE major are selected as the objects.The paper combines the experimental measurement and stadium measurement.The cardiopulmonary exercise testing system produced by Italy is used to measure the maximal oxygen uptake(V·O2max),AT maximum oxygen uptake,V·O2max platform(V·O2maxPD).In the standard sport stadium,12min and 1 000 m running of the subjects are tested.And the paper uses SPSS11.0 for data processing. Results: 1) The result of male student 12min running has a high relevance with the VO2max,AT the V·O2max.2) the 1 000 m running result is related to the absolute value and relative value of V·O2max and AT.Conclusion: 12min running can better access the aerobic ability of the male university students.
