我国女子足球运动员体能训练中不良行为的表现特征研究

A Research on the Characteristics of Chinese Women Soccer Players'Bad Behavior in Physical Training

以参加我国女子足球超级联赛的俱乐部中的部分运动员共160人作为研究对象,将她们在体能训练中的不良行为表现做为研究重点,对其进行系统的研究得出:我国成年女足运动员在体能训练中存在不良行为的原因主要包括运动员的长期的训练不良习惯、不端正的训练态度、相关训练认知上的欠缺以及教练员的管理监控不利等几个方面。

In this paper,160 women soccer players which randomly selected from China＇s super league,to research their bad behaviors in the physical training,the conclusions are as follow： bad habits in long-term training,improper training attitude,poor cognition on the training theoretical knowledge and lack of coach＇s supervision are the main aspects which induces them to get on bad behaviors in the physical training.
