MPEG-4校验模型的研究与实现

摘要 本文主要是对MPEG-4校验模型(VM)关键技术进行研究,并实现了校验模型的编解码算法,主要包括形状、运动、纹理的压缩编码.在程序实现中形状编码采用基于内容的算术编码;运动编码在传统方法基础上做了改进,如半象素搜索、无限的运动失量、高级预测方式等;纹理编码主要还是用传统方法,如DCT、量化、变长编码等,改进只是对帧内(intra)方式中DC、AC系数预测方法.现已实现了多个视频对象同时编码,解码时实现了MPEG-4中用户交互的特点,可对编码的视频对象进行操作. We research the verification models (VMs) of MPEG4. We focus our work on the implementation of key technology in VM by programming on PC. Those mainly include shape, motion and texture encoding. Content_based arithmetic coding is used in shape coding. Motion estimation uses not only traditional technology but also some new technology, which have been used in H.263 standard such as unrestricted motion vector mode half sample search and so on. Traditional means is used in texture coding, and only a little improvement is made in DC and AC coefficients prediction in intra_mode. Now we have been able to manipulate the video objects to construct new frames with decoder.
