摘要
机构型综合是机械运动系统概念设计中比较常见并且相当重要的问题,但在概念设计阶段由于设计者对设计对象了解不够全面深入,机构选型中的可用性知识和适用性知识难以具体化,而是以隐式的方式体现在设计过程中。本文利用粗集理论方法,通过对机构选型的样例进行归纳学习,得出其内在的分类方法,并将其转换成显式的选型规则知识,以用于产生新的设计方案。另外,本文通过引入学习质量评价因子κ的概念,对学习质量提供了一个评价准则并举例说明方法的有效性。
The problem of type synthesis is very important during the stage of conceptual design of mechanical system. The useable and applicable knowledge for type choosing, which embodies in a hidden way, is not concrete because of lack of full prospect, about the product. Based on the methods of rough sets theory and learning from the samples of mechanism lectotype, this paper presents the crytic rules of classification about the knowledge for type choosing, and then transforms them into obvious ones to be reused in a new design effectively. Also, a strategy to evaluate the quality of the learning method is introduced. An example is given to exhibit its effectiveness.
