Clinical observation of symptomatic treatment on pediatric cough varian asthma

目的:通过咳嗽变异性哮喘的朝医治疗疗效分析,探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘的朝医诊断和疗法。方法:将58例咳嗽变异性哮喘儿以随机数字表法分为治疗组30例和对照组28例,治疗组以止咳化痰平喘,补肺泻肝之法,麻黄定喘汤加减治疗;对照组舒喘灵气雾剂、必可酮气雾剂吸入。结果:近期治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率89.29%;远期治疗组总有效率77.27%,对照组总有效率70.0%。结论:本方可缓解支气管平滑肌痉挛,防止反复发作。

Objective：By analyzing the Curative Effects of Korean medical therapy on cough variant asthma（CVA）,to explore the Korean medical diagnosis and therapy of CVA.Methods：Fifty-eight pediatric patients in CVA were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group（30） and control group（28）.The treatment group was treated by Ma huang ding chuan tangto eliminating cough and phlegm to smooth wheezing;the control group had treatment with Albuterolaerosol and Beclomethasone dipropionateaerosol.Results：In recent treatment group,the total effectiveness is 93.33%,the total effectiveness of control group is 89.29%;in long-term treatment group the total effectiveness is 77.27%,the total effectiveness of control group is 70.0%.Conclusion：This prescription can relieve bronchial muscle spasm,prevent repeated attacks.
