针刺关元穴搓柄提插法促排卵临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Guanyuan with the methods of Cuobing and Ticha on anovulation infertility

目的:观察针刺关元穴搓柄提插法配合口服枸橼酸氯米芬片(法地兰)治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效。方法:将179例排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机分为两组。观察组(93例)采用针刺关元穴得气后搓柄提插法加强刺激,并配合口服枸橼酸氯米芬片促排卵;对照组(86例)采用单服枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗。各治疗3个月经周期,比较两组子宫内膜、卵泡发育及女性激素水平的变化,并比较治疗后两组的显效率、有效率、排卵率和受孕率。结果:观察组治疗前后子宫内膜、卵泡发育及黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后其与对照组比较子宫内膜厚度、黄体生成素、睾酮差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗前后仅卵泡发育的差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组显效率、排卵率和妊娠率明显优于对照组。结论:针刺关元穴搓柄提插法配合口服枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗排卵障碍性不孕症有很好疗效。

Objective：Observation on therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Guanyuan（CV4） with the methods of Cuobing and Ticha combined with oral administration of clomiphene citrate tablets treatment of anovulatory infertility.Methods：179 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.A observed group（93 cases） was treated with acupuncture at Guanyuan with the methods of Cuobing and Ticha to give bigger stimulation,being combined with oral administration of clomiphene citrate tablets.A control group（86 cases） was treated with oral administration of clomiphene citrate tablets.The both groups were treated through three times of menstruation.The changes of the thickness of endometrium,the growth of follicle and the level of sexual hormone,and the significant effective rate,the effective rate,the ovulation and pregnancy rates were compared between the two groups.Results：The thickness of endometrium,the growth of follicle and the levels of luteotropic hormone（LH）,testosterone（T） were significantly changed after treatment in the observed group（P0.01）.And the thickness of endometrium and the levels of luteotropic hormone（LH）,testosterone（T） were significantly different from those of the control group（P0.01）.Only the growth of follicle was significantly changed after treatment in the control group（P0.01）.The significant effective rate,the ovulation and pregnancy rates of the observed group were much better than those of the control group after treatment.Conclusion：The methods of acupuncture at Guanyuan with Cuobing and Ticha therapy combined with oral administration of clomiphene citrate tablets is a better one for anovulatory infertility.
