电热针加拔罐治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

To observe clinical therapeutic effect of combination of galvanothermy-acupuncture and pricking-cupping bloodletting method on herpes zoster

目的:观察电热针加拔罐放血疗法治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将92例带状疱疹患者随机分成电热针组(48例)和针刺组(44例)。两组取穴均以皮损周围围刺为主,龙头、龙尾拔罐放血疗法为辅。每日1次,10次为1疗程。治疗1疗程后对两组的疗效进行观察。结果:电热针组治愈率为81.25%,针刺组治愈率为47.73%。结果显示两组在1个疗程内治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电热针组治疗明显优于针刺对照组。

Objective：To observe clinical therapeutic effect of combination of galvanothermy-acupuncture and prickingcupping bloodletting method for treatment of herpes zoster.Methods：Ninety-two patients were randoml divided into 2 groups.the treatment group（n=48） Received the combined galvanothermy-acupuncture,and the control group（n=44） received treatment with acupuncture and both were associated with pricking-cupping bloodletting method for 10 days as one course of treatment.The results were evaluated after 10 days treatment.Changes of main symptoms and signs after treatment were investigated in the two groups.Results：The cure rate of the treatment Group was 81.25%,the control Group was 47.73%,After a course of treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion：Galvanothermy-acupuncture and pricking-cupping bloodletting method can increase the therapeutic effect,and reduce the course for treatment of herpes zoster.
