合成生物学引导生物系统工程化

摘要 《Science》于2010年5月20日发表了美国Craig Venter领导的研究团队在世界上首次把人工合成的基因组完全转化到脱去了细胞核的宿主细胞山羊支原体,并以新的胞内控制回路来支配该单细胞生物的生命活动。各国媒体将此成就冠以“人工生命”的美名铺天盖地的热播,公众由此对合成生物学产生了浓厚的兴趣。
