摘要
对少量样品同一浸出液分别用氯化亚锡和抗坏血酸作还原剂,测定OLsen-P值。结果表明,在稳定时间内,这两种体系的Olsen-P值相近,经t检验,差异不显著;但SnCl2-HCl体系超过稳定时间10min,Olsen-P值已降低,经t检验,差异达极显著水平。故SnCl2体系不适宜大批量样品的测定,而应采用钼锑抗体系。
Stannous chloride and ascorbic acid were applied as reducing agents to the same extractive material of a small amount of sample soil for detecting the Olsen-P value. The results show that within the time of stable coloration the Olsen-P values with two methods were close to each other and there was no significant difference between them as demonstrated by t test. But with SnCl2-HCl method the Olsen-P value decreased after 10 minutes of stable coloration and there was a significant difference between it and that of molybdenum-antimony-ascorbic acid method as demonstrated by t test. So the SnCl2 method is not suitable for detection of large amount of samples while the molybdenum-antimony-ascorbic acid method can be adopted without problem.
