摘要
白癜风的确切发病机制还不十分清楚,随着分子生物学及遗传免疫学的发展,目前多数学者认为该病是多基因共同作用的结果 ,发现与HLA,ER-α,COMT,PTPN2,CTLA-4和VDR等有密切的关系。
The exact pathogenesis of vitiligo still remains unclear.With the development of Molecular Biology and Gentic Immunology,most scholars are prone to concider that vitiligo is the effect of polygentic interaction.To date,it is reported that it is associated with HLA,ER-α,COMT,PTPN2,CTLA-4、VDR ect.Research.The researches of gentic susceptibility gene in vitiligo were reviewed.Research.
