谷氨酰胺对免疫应激仔猪免疫器官指数的影响 被引量:15

Effects of dietary glutamine on immune organ in inflammatory-stressed piglets

摘要 本试验研究谷氨酰胺对免疫应激仔猪免疫器官指数的影响。采用2×2析因设计,选用28 d±2 d断奶的大白×长白断奶仔猪96头,按体重相近原则随机分为4组。第1组为对照组,第2组为免疫应激组,第3组为谷氨酰胺组,第4组为谷氨酰胺+免疫应激组。试验期14 d。结果显示,免疫应激降低了脾脏指数和胸腺指数(P<0.01);谷氨酰胺的添加提高了免疫器官指数(P<0.01)。表明日粮谷氨酰胺可显著缓解仔猪脂多糖应激引起的免疫器官的发育受阻。 Ninety-six crossbred(Landrace × Yorkshire) pigs weaned at 28 ± 2 d of age were used to investigate effects of glutamine(Gln) on growth of pigs after lipopolysaccharide(LPS) injection in a 2 × 2 factorial design.The main factors consisted of diet(1.2% Gln or 0% Gln) and inflammatory stress(LPS or saline).The results showed that LPS injection decreased spleen index and chest gland index(P0.01),while Gln increased immune organ indexes significantly(P0.01).Gln restored immune organs by inflammatory stress.
