摘要 随着USB应用领域的扩大,实现USB到标准工业接口RS232之间的双向数据通信具有重要意义。同时为便于示波器在特定场合的测量应用,设计了基于数字示波器的USB-RS232转换模块。文中以ADSP-BF531作为主控制器、CH374S作为USB控制芯片构建硬件设计方案,并利用USB-RS232转换卡,通过软件设计实现数字示波器与PC的串行通信。利用数字示波器上USB接口与PC上的RS232接口进行通信测试,实验结果表明,该通信运行稳定可靠。其设计方法可为示波器与其他RS232接口设备通信的开发提供参考。 With the expansion of USB application,it is very important that to achieve the two-way data communication between USB and the standard industrial interface-RS232.At the same time to facilitate the oscilloscope measurement application of a specific occasion,this paper designed USB-RS232 conversion module based on the digital oscilloscope.In this paper,using ADSP-BF531 as the main controller and CH374S as the USB controller chip to build the hardware design,and designing the software through USB-RS232 converter to achieve a serial communication between the digital oscilloscope and the PC.Using USB interface of digital oscilloscope and the RS232 interface of PC to communicate test,the experiment result shows that is the stable and reliable communication.The method can be referenced when developing the communication between the digital oscilloscope and other RS232 interface devices.
