摘要 采用C8051F020研制了时间分辨荧光光谱测硼仪,以C8051F020为核心控制器;输出PWM信号控制脉冲光源发出激发光,使用ADC转换模块采集物质中硼元素发出的荧光信号,并根据采集到的数据,调整DA输出信号控制光电倍增管的负高压电源,使光电倍增管输出电流在合理范围内,从而提高采集数据的精度和准确度。通过RS232与PC通信,传送采集到的荧光信号数据至PC供后续处理。使用键盘和液晶显示屏,人机界面友好。实验表明,由于采用模块化设计,结构灵活,扩展性强,性价比高,具有很强的实用性。 Boron measurement instrument using Time-resolved fluorescence technology based on C8051F020 is developed.C8051F020 is used as core controller in the system;the output PWM signal is used to control pulse light excitation issued;ADC conversion module is used to acquisition fluorescence signal of boron in the material;the output DA signal is adjusted to control negative high voltage power supply of photomultiplier according to the data acquisition,so photomultiplier's output current can be kept in a reasonable extent to improve the accuracy of data acquisition.Boron measurement instrument communicates with PC via the RS232 bus,and sends the data of fluorescence of boron to PC for further processing.keyboard and LCD are used as friendly interface.Experimental results show that,due to using a modular design,Boron measurement instrument has advantages of structural flexibility,scalability and cost-effectiveness.So it has a wide range of practicality.
