摘要
故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术在提高航空装备的安全性、减少生命周期费用和提高维修保障效率等方面发挥了重要作用。针对某型军用飞机的技术特点和维修保障方面的要求,提出了在现有航空装备综合维修信息系统的基础上,利用飞机本身的BIT数据信息、数据链路和遥测信息,建立了航空装备综合地面健康管理(IGHM)系统。通过对PHM技术的分析,详细论述了IGHM系统的功能和实现方法。IGHM采用开放式的通用性的体系结构,易于系统升级,也可以应用到其他航空保障系统。
The technology of prognostication and health management(PHM)play an important role in improving the security of airborne equipment,decreasing the life cycle expense and improving the logistics efficiency.According to the technique characteristics and the requirements on logistics,on the basis of integrated logistics information system for borne equipment in existence,we set up the integrated grounds health management system for airborne equipment using the built in test data of airplane,the route of data chain and remote measure information.The functions and means of IGHM system are discussed in detail through analyzing PHM technology.The framework of IGHM system is open and universal,which is easy to upgrade and to apply on other logistics system.
