摘要
对不同发育时期的红王子锦带进行花药离体培养,研究花粉发育时期、激素种类和配比、以及培养基碳源种类及渗透压等因素对红王子锦带愈伤组织诱导率的影响。
Anther from different developmental stages of Weigela florida cv.Red Prince were cultured in the experiment.The influence factors of callus inducing rate were analyzed.Including the effects of developmental stages of pollen,types and ratios of hormone,carbon species and osmotic pressure of medium and other effect factors.
