竹集成材增湿处理技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用加压方式对刨切薄竹用集成材进行了增湿处理,分别以浸渍时间、浸渍方向、胶层层数为因素等进行了试验。结果表明:大竹板材增湿后含水率达28.8%-63%,小竹板材达50%-88%;竹板各面单位面积增重率为:端面〉径面〉弦面,且随长度增加逐渐减小;竹板增重率随胶层层数增加其增湿效果逐渐降低。 We used pressure to moistening treatment for glued laminated bamboo which producted sliced bamboo veneer.The impregnation time,impregnation direction,the number of glueline and so on were studied.The result showed that:(1)the moisture content of big bamboo panels were 28.8%-63% after impregnation.The small bamboo panels were up to 50%-88%.(2)Unit area rate of liveweight growth of each face of bamboo:cross section〉radial section〉tangential section,and gradually decreases with the length.(3)Liveweight growth rate of Glued laminated bamboo and the effect of moistening decreased with the the number of glueline increasing.
