摘要 以低聚物二元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为主要原料,采用自乳化法合成了阳离子聚氨酯电泳树脂。探究了电泳工艺参数、成膜助剂种类和用量、软段种类及中和度对漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:乳液温度为30℃,电泳电压为60 V,丙二醇苯醚(PPH)占所取树脂质量分数的5%,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG-1000)为软段,中和度为85%,得到了表观及性能优异的漆膜。 The title queous polyurethane dispersion was synthesized by self- emulsifying process, with IPDI and diol oligomer as raw materials. Effect of electrophoresis process parameters, the types and dosage of cosolvent and the types of soft segments, as well as neutralization degree on the properties of the PU film were investigated. The results showed that the desirable property and appearance for the PU film could be obtained under the condition of PTMG -1000 as soft segment, 85% neutralization degree, 5% mass ratio of cosolvent PPH, dispersion temperature at 30℃ and 60V for the electrophoresis voltage.
