摘要
为准确预测一次干燥时间,降低能耗,应用准稳态传热传质理论,在考虑干燥层传质能力对干燥速率影响的情况下,建立了基于微元法的传质控制模型。利用循环计算的方法,对模型进行了求解。计算结果表明:所建立的模型能准确地预测冻干过程,模拟值与实验值吻合良好。若对模型进一步完善和修正,对实际应用有一定的指导意义。
In order to predict the primary drying time and reduce energy consumption,a model including the effect of mass transfer capacity on drying rate was developed based on quasi steady heat and mass transfer theory.Loop computation was used in the numerical analysis.Results of computation show that the model can accurately predict the freeze-drying process,and the predicted values are in good agreement with experimental values.If the model can be improved and amended in the future,it will be significant to guide practical application to some extent.
