摘要
无人值守数字化变电站大量的警报信息给集控中心运行人员的有效监控带来了挑战,当变电站设备存在异常或故障时问题则更加严重。在此背景下,构建了一个基于数字化变电站体系结构的在线智能警报处理系统。根据IEC61850标准对实时警报进行分类,以实现警报预处理。若存在保护或断路器动作警报,则启动在线智能警报处理模块。该模块采用候选原因假说生成和原因假说真实性评估同时在线并列运行的模式完成在线警报处理,不仅能诊断故障原因,还能识别漏报与误报的警报信息。根据实际系统应用的需求,开发了在线智能警报处理软件系统,并应用于江西省兴国数字化变电站。通过现场实际案例对所提出的模型和方法作了说明。
A flood of alarm messages in an unmanned digital substation could bring challenges for operators in the remote control center to perform the monitoring task efficiently,especially in situation with one or more abnormal/faulted devices.Under this background,an on-line intelligent alarm processing system is developed in this work based on architecture of the digital substation.First,real time alarms are classified according to IEC 61850 standard so as to provide synthesized and organized alarms for the alarm processing procedure in the next step.If some alarm messages about the operation/tripping of one or more protective relays/circuit breakers are issued,then the on-line intelligent alarm processing module will be activated.Two modules,i.e."the generation of candidate hypotheses" and "the evaluation of the hypotheses",are operated in parallel for on-line implementation of alarm processing.The developed on-line alarm processing method cannot only identify the cause of disturbance/fault,but also can identify the missing and false alarms.According to practical application requirements,an on-line intelligent alarm processing system is developed and has been applied to Xingguo digital substation,the first digital substation in Jiangxi province.Finally,an actual fault scenario is served for demonstrating the method presented as well as the software system developed.
