摘要
介绍的圆盘锯石机,采用可编程控制器PLC和变频器的综合控制,在不利用机械行程开关或者接近开关的前提下,创造性的提出通过电流信号来判断圆盘电动机是否为空载,然后决定行走电机的换向运动。因此提高了生产效率,改善了产品的质量;同时降低电能消耗,减轻操作工人的劳动强度。
This paper introduces the disc stone saw,programmable controller integrated PLC and inverter control,without mechanical limit switch or proximity switch,under the premise put forward by the creative disk motor current signal to determine whether No-load,and then to run the motor for the movement,thereby increasing production efficiency,improves product quality,while reducing power consumption,which can reduce labor intensity.
