摘要
介绍了C8051F020单片机的主要性能特点及其在塞曼稳频激光器控制系统中的应用。利用单片机A/D,D/A输出功能以及PID算法来实现塞曼激光器的稳频。给出了该控制系统的硬件结构和软件结构。
The main features of C8051F020 MCU and it＇s application in the Zeeman-stabilized laser control system are introduced in this paper.With the MCU＇s A/D and D/A modulation and the PID Control function is described.The hardware structure and the software flow chart are given.
