摘要
乳化液泵站保护系统以新华龙公司的C8051F340单片机作为控制芯片,介绍了保护系统的硬件组成和软件结构。通过检测关键部位的工作温度、油位、压力对系统进行实时监控并排除故障。该系统以单片机技术和检测技术为核心,具有运行状态自动监测、智能自动控制,从而提高生产效率,从而满足了煤矿井下乳化液泵站自动化的要求。
The protecting controller of emulsion pump selects C8051f340 Single-chip as the key part.This paper introduces the hardware configutation and the software design of the controller.According to detect the key parts of working temperature, fuel level,pressure of the system to monitor in time and remove obstacles.The protecting controller of emulsion pump are controlled by single-chip technology and testing technology,including online detecting,intelligent controlling.
