关于构建国内统一市场问题的若干思考

Reflection on the Construction of Domestic Single Market in China

作为后发的市场经济大国,中国的市场化改革取得了巨大的成功;但作为区域经济大国,国内区域间市场整合相对滞后,尚未形成统一的国内市场。这种市场分割的状态严重影响了中国的市场化进程和中国整体经济实力的提高。解决上述问题,应该深化政府职能改革;促进区域经济一体化;完善市场交易法律制度和严明的市场竞争规则;建立为国内统一市场服务的一体化的经济要素流通载体。

As a late-developed economic power,China＇s market-oriented reform has achieved a great success.But as a regional economic power,the integration of domestic regional markets is lagging behind,and has not yet formed a unified domestic market.The state of market segmentation has a pernicious influence on China＇s commercialization and the improvement of China＇s overall economic strength.To solve the problems above,the revolution of government function should be deepened,the regional economic integration should be enhanced,the transaction laws and competition regulations should be completed,and the circulation carrier of economic elements for a unified domestic market should be established.
