基于运动学建模仿真的大型构件自动焊接系统设计方法

摘要 在先进制造领域,许多重要的大型结构件焊接生产有其特殊性和复杂性。因此,要求设计研制具有多个运动自由度协调数控功能的自动焊接专机系统。阐述了在这类系统设计过程中运动学和动力学建模仿真的必要性,并针对一种大型椭球薄壁构件自动焊接专机系统的设计,给出了运动学建模及仿真计算的应用实例。 In the advanced manufacturing area,the welding technology of much important large-scale production has its particularity and complexity. Research and design of Multi-Axis computer numerical control(CNC) welding system for special purpose is required. The necessity of the kinematics and dynamics simulation in the design process of such systems was introduced. And a kinematics modeling and simulation application examples was given for a large thin-wall ellipsoid components automatic welding system design.
