摘要 针对TC4钛合金进行了线性摩擦焊试验。描述了焊后接头正向及侧向飞边的形貌特征,利用光学显微镜观察了正向及侧向飞边纵剖面的宏观组织形貌及显微组织特征。建立了线性摩擦焊飞边形成过程的物理模型,并分析了飞边的形成机理。研究结果表明,飞边蕴含了线性摩擦焊接头形成过程的丰富信息,尤其是组织变化特征反映出接头界面金属组织的变化历程,并可用于判断接头内部质量。 Linearity friction welding(LFW) experiment of TC4 titanium alloy was carried out. The appearance of flash in as-welded joint both on positive direction and side direction was described. Macrostructure and microstructure characteristics of flash were analyzed by means of optical microscopy. A physical formation model of flash was presented and its formation mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the flash contains plenty of information about the formation process of LFW joint, especially it can be used to estimate the quality of internal joint because its microstructure reflects evolution of interracial metal.
