新光大桥钢桁拱肋工地箱型全断面对接焊接工艺

摘要 根据新光大桥钢桁拱肋的结构特点和工地焊缝设计要求,对该项目进行了焊接工艺评定试验,总结了该桥工地箱型全断面对接焊接工艺,包括焊接位置、焊接方法的确定,接头坡口形式、预热温度的选用,以及采用的焊接顺序和焊接工艺参数等,成功指导了该桥工地焊接生产。 Based on the structural feature of steel truss arch and the design requirements of site welding for Xinguang Bridge,welding procedure qualification was introduced and the whole box section butt welding procedure at site was summarized, which includes the determination of welding positions and welding processes, selection of the groove type and preheating temperature, the welding sequences and welding variables and so on, which has been proved to be successful in practice for site welding.
