摘要
针对某重型载货汽车油耗过高问题,利用仿真软件AVL-Crusie建立了整车性能仿真模型,采用MATLAB软件建立了数学分析方程,并集成到优化平台ISIGHT软件中,对汽车动力传动系统的速比参数进行了优化设计和匹配。结果表明,经优化设计后,在满足汽车动力性各项设计指标的前提下,该车辆驱动功率损失率降低了0.28%,6工况循环油耗降低了3.7%。
To solve the problem of high fuel consumption of a heavy duty truck, a vehicle performance simulation model is established with software AVL-Crusie, and a mathematic analysis equation is established with MATLAB, which is integrated to a optimized platform ISIGHT software, and optimization and matching are made to the speed ratio of powertrain. The results indicate that, after optimization design, driving power loss of the vehicle decreases by 0.28%, and fuel consumption in 6-cycle decreases by 3.7%, while satisfying the design criteria of vehicle dynamic property.
