摘要
比较了磁电式和霍尔式传感器最低测量轮速的影响因素,分析了控制软件最低计算轮速与采样周期的关系,明确了防抱死制动系统最低轮速的成因。基于单轮动力学模型研究了车轮在正常工况下角加速度及其变化率的物理限值。以最低轮速、轮角加速度及其变化率作为特征,设计了轮速在线故障检测算法,利用故障模拟试验对算法进行了验证,结果表明该技术可有效识别多种类型的轮速故障。
Effect factors of the lowest measurable speed for magnetic-electric and hall speed sensor were compared, and the relationship between the lowest "calculable speed and sampling period of control software were analyzed, the origin of ABS lowest wheel speed was specified. Based on single wheel dynamic model, the physical limitation of wheel angular acceleration and its change ratio in normal condition was researched. The lowest speed, angular acceleration and its change ratio were selected as wheel speed characteristics, and online fault detection algorithm was proposed, it was validated in fault simulation test. The results show that this technology can effectively detect various wheel speed faults.
