库欣综合征合并脑萎缩一例

One case of Cushing＇s syndrome accompanied with brain atrophy
摘要
早在1971年，即有学者通过气脑造影术发现库欣病患者存在弥漫性脑萎缩，此后，国外陆续有相关文献报道，无论是外源性还是内源性高皮质醇血症的患者脑萎缩发病率均较对照人群高，尤其是负责学习与记忆的海马区体积明显减小心，但国内尚未见报道。现报道本院一例合并脑萎缩的年轻库欣综合征患者。
