控制血糖、血脂和血压对代谢综合征患者血尿酸的影响

Effect of controlling blood glucose,blood lipids and blood pressure on serum uric acid in patients with metabolic syndrome

目的探讨代谢综合征(MS)患者血糖、血脂和血压控制达标后对血尿酸(SUA)的影响。方法新诊断MS患者414例,予降糖、调脂和降压达标治疗,对SUA不直接干预;观察达标治疗前后SUA变化,并进行相关分析。结果血糖、血脂和血压达标治疗后,MS患者SUA水平明显降低(P<0.01),高尿酸血症(HUA)发病率明显下降(P<0.01);治疗前后SUA变化差值与空腹胰岛素、甘油三酯、胰岛素抵抗指数的变化值呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 MS患者控制血糖、血脂和血压可以显著降低SUA水平,一定程度上减少HUA的发病率。

Objective To investigate the effect of controlling blood glucose,blood lipids and blood pressure on serum uric acid（SUA）in the patients with metabolic syndrome（MS）.Methods A total of 414 patients newly diagnosed MS accepted effective treatment for blood glucose,blood lipids and blood pressure without treating SUA directly.SUA level before and after treatment was observed and correlation analysis was performed.Results After the blood glucose,blood lipids and blood pressure were controlled,SUA was significantly decreased and the morbidity of hyperuricacidemia（HUA）was markedly reduced（P0.01）.The changes of SUA before and after were positively correlated with fasting insulin,triglyceride and insulin resistance index（P0.01）.Conclusion After blood glucose,blood lipids and blood pressure were effectively controlled in the patients with MS,the SUA level is significantly reduced with decreased morbidity of HUA in certain extent.
