化学位移成像技术在检测肝胰脂肪病变中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 当肝内脂质含量超过肝脏湿重的5%,或肝组织切片在光镜下每单位面积见1/3以上肝组织有脂滴存在时,即可称为脂肪肝。化学位移成像(chemical shiftimaging,CSI)技术是磁共振(MR)成像(magnetic resonanceimaging,MRI)的常用技术之一,多用于人体脏器含脂病变的定性诊断和定量检测,具有准确、方便、快捷、安全、无创等优点,已逐渐应用于脂肪肝等腹腔脏器脂肪病变的临床诊断中。
